A 20% discount will be applied to your first request
with CMAC_Root Solutions (Maximum discount $250.00). Earn a 10% discount for any referral resulting in a service call or request with CMAC_Root Solutions (Maximum discount $50.00).
Basic Rates: $70 per hour
Basic upgrades or general application questions.
Advanced Rates: $95 per hour
Hardware and Software Support, Virus Removal, Security, Windows Administration.
Flat Rates:
The majority of our service offerings fall into this category. Our prices are based on the size of the project or request. Please contact us for a free quote.
Network Rates: $95 per data connection installed
All other network requests are $95 per hour.
Weekend and Holiday Support:
Saturday Rates: Basic - $100 per hour / Advanced - $125 per hour
Closed on Sundays
Holidays - $175 per hour.

At CMAC Root Solutions, we offer payment flexibility accepting Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Also, we offer pricing flexibility. Other than our flat and hourly rates, customers may purchase a retainer agreement, either monthly or annually. Annual agreements, have advantages as the hours purchased can be used at any time during
