CMAC Root Solutions, LLC offers a new solution to support the home and office. Implementing
a remote support tool that provides our staff the opportunity to remotely connect to your computer, no matter if your located in
our home state of Ohio, or in the Eastern or Western States of the U.S.A.
This functionality provides our customers with an almost immediate response to their support questions or concerns. The entire process
is driven by the customer; where a secure code is entered and a shortcut key (f12) is pressed to provide our
technician with control of the remote computer. At anytime during the remote support process, the customer can sever the connection, or take
back control of their computer system. This solution works nicely with firewalls and private networks, since the application is driven by
customer response and implementation.
The only requirements to use this support solution are: High Speed Internet Connection (DSL, Cable Modem or higher) and you must
have an active internet connection.
To start using today, click > Remote Support Tool and choose open. After
the download completes, a box will appear asking you for a code. At this point please contact
CMAC Root Solutions, at 513/575-4222 to receive your code and begin the remote support session.
